Quoting: biscuits and gravy Thank you for the bump. I wish I was able to decode them. If anyone has a sideband capable shortwave receiver tune to 11175KHz and 8992KHz as it begins to get dark. Mode is USB. I haven't heard one in about 20 minutes now. They cannot be decoded as they are not code. They might as well just say, "execute instruction 5" as these messages reference pre-written instructions. Unless you've got their book of instructions, they could mean anything. Exactly.. if you dont have the book (current distro) then "21Z" has absolutely no meaning. I would be worried if they also begin transmitting authentication as a footer to the msg.
