Chinese troop movements shouldn't mean anything. They can't move them anywhere off mainland China.

As far as China taking islands as a result of a NK diversion with the U.S., Japan's primary responsibility is still the defense of its mainland. I can't see the Japanese getting out of positioned and surprised by the NK/US&SK scenario.

Perhaps the Chinese want to monitor all of the communications between US/SK forces as they go GREEN in big neon letters. Remember that spy plane the Chinese forced down in April, 2001? The one that was supposed to be destroyed before it got in enemy hands? If I were the Chinese, I would have had several hundred of my very best PhDs in electrical and computer engineering and materials science working on that plane and its contents for a decade.

The really big thing is that the US would be out of position to protect it's own coasts. It's nut crunch time, and the choice is this as I see it. The US needs to get the hell out of hostilities in other countries now, get them home, and clean up the equipment.
Or, they keep baiting like they always do, leaving this country precariously at risk.

This is how to bring down a bully. It has always been so. Spread their troops. Damage the economy so the country can't support the troops, maybe even stranding them.
Then, the country is vulnerable.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is where we are. Right where the Bush Sr. bunch planned for us to be. And Obama is ready to bring it all down. Do not be surprised if they allow an attack on the west coast.

Those who study history have warned that the US should be wary of an alliance between China and Russia. Our politicians did not heed the warning.

My uncle told me that this North Korean threat is much bigger than it appears. Apparently dimplomatic cables have been obtained by the US in which China has given North Korea the green light to confront the south due to escalations between Japan and China. Currently US navy and Air Force are conducting high level drills in preparation for potential war in the region. (Japan, China and Koreas) A large area of concern is satalite imagery has shown eye raising transportation patterns flight wise between China, North, Korea, Iran and wait for it.... Russia.

Word is the USA is taking this very seriously due to the intelligence gathered that North Korea is baiting the US to increase their presence and then be out of position and formation for a confrontation between China and Japan.

Many meetings have been held behind closed doors regarding this today and more tomorrow. For now military is on high alert until all intelligence data is fully analyzed.

He said most of the others on his base are aware of this and have been for months.
