I said this shit over 10 years ago. No one listened!
High and Low pressure systems spin due to electric charges present in the air moving towards a unified region.
Basically, a large mass of air moving will induce a slight magnetic field and "twist" the atmosphere with the current movement.
Water vapor jumps to meet on coming positive charges from the ionosphere leeching towards Earth.
The charged water becomes the force which drives the air.
If you don't get it, that's okay. Too hard to explain even with a few pages.
