40 years here in the UK would be halved immediately, he'd have holidays and days out from prison with spending money provided, then he'd get early release for good behaviour. So after about 8 years of prison on and off, he'd be rehoused and given a new identity at taxpayers expense and be placed right next to a school for his vile sexual desires to be satisfied. Then he can tear the labia of and creampie more unsuspecting children, as planned by TPTB.

The high rate in which they re-offend reflects the weakness of the western justice systems and is a testament of proof a noose is the answer. After-all these guys are essentially destroying and killing their victims even if they don't physically murder them the person will never exist or be the same as they were ever again after a sexual assault, doesn't matter how much therapy or "time" you give them.
