These are the people who make the best soldiers if you are loking to control their every move to become an "instinctive reaction".
When you view the whole world as the enemy and your boss doesn't trust you anymore than you trust others (almost daily voice-stress-truth examinatations), you end up in a world where all decisions are already made for you and you become the actor.
Also, they have to hide their inner fear of government by surrounding themselves with a curtain of anger, resentments, and reptilian-brain compulsions as a defense or coping mechanism.
