This is one thing in the conspiracy world that is complete BS. I wish all you shapeshifting folks would go away. It's digital digital artifacts/distortion/ghosting/pixelation! Very well known in the digital video editing world. Stop it. Just stop it. These are nothing but distraction and only hurt the overall community. The majority of these "shapeshifters" don't show "itself" longer than 1 second in real-time because of correction. It's not alien science guys, it's ones, zeros and compression.
