How do feel about the fact that you are going to die?

I think about it sometimes. I fear it. It's those moments before death that I'm afraid of, I think. Being dead seems easy enough.

I've came to the conclusion that I might just disappear if I have a choice. I don't want to be pumped full of chemicals and buried in a vault. I certainly don't want to be incinerated. No. I want my parts, my atoms to be put back into circulation as quickly as possible. I want to just die somewhere in the woods I guess. That's the only way I could ever get away with rotting away and rejoining the earth.

Well it has been a good run, want to dive into the ocean first.

Death is usually ugly, but not always.

If you have a sudden massive heart attack which kills you, it's not ugly.

But much more common is the ugly reality of cancer or dementia.

Death is usually an ugly process.

That being said if you asked me this as recently as 1-2 years ago you would have gotten a somewhat different answer so I completely understand if someone else reads this response and doesn't feel the same way (at least not at this time).
