Tesla discovered radiation was a result of atomic interaction with Primary Solar Rays (I call PSR's) from the Sun.

If these rays are blocked, radioactive material ceases to be radioactive.

Some clues point to Tesla working with HIGH voltage, high frequency electricity to block PSR. PSR's are WAY higher in frequency then gamma rays. We can only detect the through secondary means of measure.


Now, chemtrails and HAARP........make sense yet?

Chemtrails are the conductive material and HAARP pushes the juice.

Those two can partially block PSR's. Which in turn reduces radioactive emissions over all.

Utilizing such a system, radioactive levels on the surface can be controlled.

Ever wonder why we all aren't glowing yet after countless nuclear accidents, tens of thousands of surface tests, etc.
