The main point being that NO they are not psychic and don't have to be, that's what the surveillance networks are used for. Psychic = Surveillance in this technological era we live in. How do you know this? Because I have/am being targeted by them. Thus being the case I have to understand how they operate in order to best protect myself from what I am up against. Know thy enemy. Not that my hard won knowledge will save me. However for someone like you it is helpful. For warned is for armed. Best to avoid them like the plague as they can and WILLruin your life if you come under their radar. Intelligence Agents = Psychopaths. That's your hint as to who these people are in society. Avoid them !!
