Obviously they are all reptilian or they all would've run out the door screaming. No way you could miss a guy who looks green around the gills...literally...though it could be something about the camera brings out their true self. They probably don't realize something's gone wrong with their mask until we do.

BTW...what do you think of the "glowy eyes" in the middle of the scene? Camera or exit door lights, do ya think?
