Let's get even more specific. One of the 3 wise men gave the gift of frankincense (incense) to our Saviour when he was born. Obviously, it is IMPORTANT in the Christian religion.

Even though the Christian faith professes astrology is evil and condemns it, the VERY PEOPLE that brought Jesus his gifts on their camels (in the dead of winter), were practitioners of astrology and magic. It is suspected that the "Star of Bethlehem" was actually a planetary conjunction (which would explain why this "star" was so bright and could be followed. If the story of the Magi IS true (which to Christians it MUST be because it's in the Bible) then it must also be acknowledged that these 3 individuals were "stargazers" and astrologers. Of course will Christians recognize that is the question. "Wise-men" = astrologers/intellectuals/SCIENTISTS (you know like Nostradamus). Who they also claim as evil. Interesting.
