very accurate,but what you didn't hear was the devil ordering you to kill yourself and worse.why so many suicides as you can hear,this is exactly what EVP is,my voices talk on tape,others can hear them. while i'm on meds voices mostly nice,off meds this world is not even real,all humans are demons.got lots of paranormal photos of good and evil.whole reality we're trapped in is not quite as it appears to be.we are in Hell.

Please do not be put off by the meditation tag. It's not hippy, tree hugging, at one with spiritually bullshit, it takes a more scientific and biological approach to it and it really quietens the mind.
