I highly recommend this site and therapy (its free) for people with this problem.

Please do not be put off by the meditation tag. It's not hippy, tree hugging, at one with spiritually bullshit, it takes a more scientific and biological approach to it and it really quietens the mind.

I use it and its changed my life.
