Cancer as a biological warfare

It comes to me as no surprise that there are accusations of world leaders using cancer as a biological warfare. In fact this has been a belief of mine and many others for a long time.

Does everyone remember Jack Layton and his sudden death? It came as a shock to many. Yes he died of cancer.. but was it natural?

How about Bob Marley? It started out with cancer in his toe but became aggressive and quickly killed him too.

Now there is talk that Chavez the president of Venezuela has been murdered with the use of cancer:

It is sad to see or believe that people would be murdered for socialistic ideas. It feels as though the only power we have is love. Love conquers all right??!!
