yea. and im not trying to be racist. as i am not. but i see that happen alot. they get all mad when they get shot but when police come to enquire they run and act suspicios. if you are that retarded then yea you can get shot obviously.
if you dont have anything to hide then you dont have to act up. if you give them reason to be scared then they will react in a fitting way. and obviously this dude quickly walked away when they came. so he was either dumb or actually had something to hide.

its his own fault

i mean the same thing happens to white people. like if you get pulled over and start acting like douchbag and arrogant well duh they will see more reason to give you a fine. if you act like you know they are just doing their job and act in a way that has the moment resolved as easy and quick as possible then they most likely wont fine you.
