My wife is crazy when she is prego. | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 36229506 Spain 03/15/2013 05:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I love my wife dearly, but she is totally insane when she is pregnant. We had a fight the other night because she didn't cook enough bacon for dinner. Long story short things were said by both parties, and she hit me in the head with a crystal door knob. Any other guys out there with a wife like mine? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26019556 I think the issue here is that you had a fight because enough bacon wasnt cooked? are you serious?? The world is full of problems and most people havent even a roof over their heads. You should count your blessings and be grateful. Thank God that you have a wife..that you will have a baby..that you have a home..that you have bacon to cook..and an appetite to eat it with |

Hey bud, as the man it's your job not to get all emotional and shit. Hormones man, it's like a 9 month period. Just keep your cool and she'll love you for it. To not appreciate the little things in life which are the things that really matter and to give importance to things that dont. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 36229506 Spain 03/15/2013 05:50 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I picked some wild daisies and have them in a pot. They are lovely..this makes me happy. I focus on that and not on the things that dont make me happy. I am grateful for everything that led up to and helped me pick those daisies and have them in my home. The sun for shining..the rain for watering them..the healthy countryside..a home to put them in..the ability to go hiking to find them etc..etc.. a long list of things to be grateful for we should give thanks for everything and not constantly strive for other things.. |

She did not heed my suggestion. Dinner is the only meal I eat during the day. If I want 2 BLT's for dinner I should be able to. DOWN with womens lib. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 35921486 Netherlands 03/15/2013 06:03 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Im a mother to 3 kids.. And i have to say, PLEASE PLEASE be more understanding, just LET IT GO. Keep it in perspective.. She is under the influence of so many hormones it is literally like dealing with someone on steroids... It is hard for her to deal with trust me.. If you think your wife is going crazy, try to imagine from her side... She is under the influence of hormones... And from experience i can tell you, when the fog of hormones clears up, you are AWARE that youve over reacted, and that such things shouldnt have such an emotional effect on someone... She NEEDS you to be understanding, to not take it personally when she flips.. To UNDERSTAND it is the HORMONES, and it wont always be this way... She needs you to be there to hold her when she cries because shes ashamed of how the hormones made her react... Please, the stress is MORE harmful.. Dont let stress become a negative factor in her pregnancy... Leads to nothing good... Be her PARTNER not her adversary, YES, even when shes yelling at you LIKE youre an adversary... Remember, its like shes on steroids... |

You would cry and whimper like a little baby! LOL Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27551020 Your right, I probably would whimper. But I have a job where bodily injury is a constant. I have a broken finger that occurred 2 weeks ago at work. I just suck it up and do my job. And I'm sick of women complaining how hard it is having a baby. It's your job as a women to perpetuate the human specie's, and most of you can't even do vaginal birth and go the C route. Hell most of you don't even breast feed any more. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 2772077 United States 03/15/2013 06:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It seems obvious that the bacon wasn't the problem. Just a symptom. I felt like my brain was turning to jello when I was home with my babies. Take the walk WITH her. Sit in the kitchen while she's cooking and share each other's day. It is really hard for an active intelligent woman to switch gears and be tied to the home. |
