First we need to find out if these feeds are not altered to add the "creatures". Im not sure about that, i havent seen an original feed (from a legitimate site) of them.

Then we can come up with all our theories,
1. They lie to us about going to space
2. They know about them but hide it from us
3. Space is much different than we think
4. These look like creatures but are just space junk
5. These are bugs that came with the spaceship and somehow survived in space

well this is all i can think now (need more coffee hehe)

To morons who don't understand : space is a material (not energetic) vacuum and at ISS orbital altitude things have net zero gravity forces acting on them. You can't move around by moving your flippers. The thing is a water-based lifeform that has been composited on top of the ISS feed (masking was done pretty well).
