As long as I dont see original (where they got this video from/original NASA page to be downloaded from) I wont believe is true.

It looks edited/layered.

So, I'm not marinologist, but your alien looks like Clione limacina - common name Naked Sea Butterfly or Common Clione, is a sea angel found from the surface to greater than 500 m in depth.
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

So now there are two options:
1) Video is hoax
2) ISS is under the water

Than you. Excellent find. I was trying to find the species as well, but you nailed it.

This is it. 100% match.

To morons who don't understand : space is a material (not energetic) vacuum and at ISS orbital altitude things have net zero gravity forces acting on them. You can't move around by moving your flippers. The thing is a water-based lifeform that has been composited on top of the ISS feed (masking was done pretty well).

Case solved people.
 Quoting: Pathaka

Good to know you've got "space" covered.

I was a little worried that the scientists trying to figure out what gravity was were over their heads.......

But hey, we've got YOU now.

You can check that fact out by looking at their other threads.

THE MOST LOGICAL EXPLANATION IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER, REGARDLESS OF THE IMPLICATIONS IT MAY HAVE. OF COURSE THE MOST LOGICAL EXPLANATION IS THAT THIS WAS FILMED UNDER WATER... Y? Y? Y? Y? THAT IS A QUESTION FOR LATER PONDERING. THIS REMINDS ME OF THE FAKE CHINESE SPACEWALK.. WATCH VIDEO

they've been out there all along

you've simply missed the fact

it's also been explained repeatedly on this site in various other threads

which have clearly also missed your attention

funny how that goes

you just can't seem to notice what you don't yet know

In 1985 the Salyut 7 Cosmonauts saw what they called "Angels" in space.

[link to www.techeblog.com]
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1094960

Not according to the Salyut 7 cosmonauts.
The alleged witnesses none of the people who propagate this myth bothered to actually ask.

The story originated from the World Weekly News and is a complete fabrication. [link to books.google.nl]

There is a history of strange objects floating in space...to not look into what is being seen is not scientific
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1094960

There's more to looking into something than watching youchubes.
One could, for example, interview the cosmonauts who were there.

Most of the alleged 'strange objects' in space vids are ice crystals from the reaction control system floating mere centimetres from the lens of the camera.
So out of focus you get a nice bokeh effect.

Anyone else determine that this was BS b/c the "feed was cut" the exact second the "thing" disappeared behind the station? That alone makes it a "too good to be true" vid.

Also, there ARE satellites up there, there is not a hoax under every rock - cell phones, GPS, Direct TV - how much more evidence do you need?

of course the shuttle does go up in space and orbits and is a fine machine!

BUT.... they have a big tank to train for missions and to film other missions in.

90% of "real" shuttle missions were building reagans space program. obviously this is sensitive info, but they need to publicise something.

public are shown routine maintenance being done on comms satelites, thats all the stuff in the tanks.

real missions are assembling space weapons systems.

so in the video we see some water creature in the pool.

This video segment was taken from the live ISS stream as seen on USTREAM, Wednesday March 13, 2013 at 12:46 am. The exact moment of the video is 37:39 and as suspected, no such anomaly exists on the original video. Further more, the video does not shut off as claimed. Sorry, but this is faked.

Well to me the tether video reminded me of ameabas swimming in a petrie dish! They looked just like the Dropa stones that they found in some cave many many years ago in Egypt maybe?? NASA never really explained what those were. And the tether was 12 miles long. Very far away from the shuttle so right there that tells you those things whatever they are are HUGE!

The human perception of "how things should be/act", baffles me more than any imagining I can have of creatures that exist far beyond that perception.

My mind remains open, and unknowing.
