Here's my question...since I own the airspace over my land up to flight path level (25,000 ft), wouldn't I have the right to shoot that drone down if I had not been given a warrant signed by a judge?!?!?
Quoting: Saddletramp You actually own a lot more than that.. You own your lot of land, all the way up to the stratosphere. But the FAA owns permit to fly through anyone's airspace. Just like if you own water front property.. the beach is yours but anyone can walk on it.. So basically they could fly this right into your backyard legally. Scary shit!
