i have nothing but 24 eggs, 3 potatoes, tap water to eat for the next four days, tell me your sad story

I wish you the best, though I don't know your entire situation. I think you have to have a permanent address to collect assistance, but shelters offer an address if I'm not mistaken.

Once you again have an income; don't fall into the weekly 'I deserve this' binge. I've seen countless people sounding much like you sound right now, go out drinking every payday or buying loaded pizzas and renting a ton of movies crying 'it's been so hard; I deserve this'. Well actually struggling all the other times is what they deserve. Buck up; gain perspective and it should all work out.

I dose my kitties all the time with colloidal silver. I put it in their eyes, too. Totally harmless, doesn't matter the dose or ppm. WOW,, hard to read this.. Down myself, havent been able to find work for 9 months.. Until this past week where I am in a school system in Florida soon to be working.
But its tough, about $50 to go on until the end of the month. But Im blessed compared to this guy and a couple of you others..
I dont understand how anyone can defend Obama when You see America soo down.. Sad, Im 56 and its NEVER been this bad for me or America..

Man, I was at my all time low a few months ago.. no income, no job,.. had bills to pay, mortgage, ended up selling car, depleted food, was hitting up food banks.. really depressed and embarassed...

I expected the worst... Losing house, living on streets, suicidal thoughts all day every five minutes.. then one week my gf really pushed me, so I finally got a job again just recently..

Depression has went down, no aucidal thoughts, don't have to worry about bills for now, caught up on mortgage again... I don't know, but hang in there, keep trying to better yourself, things have a way of working out if you make a minimal effort..

I always think when I hit the bottom that things wont get better, but they seem to turn around... Although I lost my car and have to take the bus, which limits where I can go, as a construction worker jobs aren't always on a route or in your city.. luckly for now mine is..

Just gotta keep fighting them battles.. maybe one day life will be pleasurable, I hope.

maybe you can grow your own food. keep the seeds from peppers tomatoes etc and grow them in pots or a garden.
I go to Walmart and buy lentils, moong beans and I sprout them.

I drank close to a 30 oz of tullamore dew whiskey last night and i'm still in recovery mode now :(

I give my dog 1000mg of vitamin C and 50 mg of zinc daily hidden in a peanut butter sandwich. Helps quite a bit, believe me.
For a cat I would disguise 200 mg of C and 25 mg of zinc in some food. Non-toxic and will heal infections.

If that was really true you should EASILY qualify for an EBT card.

OP, I used to work for Human Services. You need to get to a food bank/food shelf and get some food. Sometimes churches also offer food. Sometimes Lutheran churches offer meals on Wednesdays.

God bless. I know what it is like to not have much food.

A phone is needed for emergency purposes, for job searching....also potential employers need a phone contact. Also, phone is needed for bus schedules, phone numbers, etc. That's probably where $50+ dollars goes every month.

Boiled eggs contain practically all of the nutrients your body needs and the same goes for potatoes. I wish you luck.

Someone must have raised him inside then dropped him off, he loves gravy and is very well mannered, knows words etc. I wasn't ready for another animal though, I have two Labs and you know how they eat. Between their flea treatments, dogbones and food bill they're so expensive :) But I wasn't expecting another animal and he's super picky, only eats Friskies and canned at that, although he has a bowl of dry at all times. He screams at me if I don't give him his can of shreds with gravy.... I swear. He's screaming at me now.

if you have some flour or cornmeal you could make noodles. 1 egg+1 cup flour. mix well. roll it out thin, cut it up and boil them until tender. delicious.
