Since 2008 there has been incident after incident that has caused a constant erosion of confidence in the system. From MF Global to In-Trade it has been one banking theft of depositor money after another...

Everyone here, and in fact every investor in the world, knows the system is rigged, and the rules all favor the "house" at this point in the game. In Greece, and dont argue i know this very well, the minister of finance is preparing a law according to whom the goverment has any right to confiscate money in your bank account, your pention or your salary from your job for paying your taxes. If for example you have a settlement of payments with the finance department the law allows the finance department to confescate your bank account for the entire amount of the tax. And if you dont have enough money, then it can do the same thing with your salary.

It's a money grab. Plain and simple. Think of it from the Banks point of view. They've given out all these loans. Everyone is defaulting are not able to pay, they're going down and they know it. So what are their options?

A. Get no IMF money and go bankrupt. No money for them, gotta pay back the insured deposits to the people.

B. Get a bailout dependent on stealing 10% of the people's money. Win Win! You can pay the CEOs their bonuses. But you're still gonna go bankrupt because of the coming bank runs.

So if you were the greedy bank, what would you do?
