Maybe, maybe not. Maybe they were just floating the idea, see what response it got. Seen any queues at your local ATM?

The decision of the Court.....: [link to docs.justia.com]
From the Court decision:
1. "..Greek Cypriots CANNOT CLAIM that the government in control of Northern Cyprus gave their homes to Turkish Cypriots....

2. Although the United States does not recognize it as a state, the TRNC purportedly operates as a DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC with a president, prime minister, legislature and judiciary...

3. TRNC is NOT VULNERABLE to a lawsuit in Washington"

NOTE: Previously, The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) rejected Greek Cypriots' request to return Northern Cyprus.
European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) (27.05.2010):
“The houses which the Greek Cypriots left in North Cyprus are not their homes any more because they have lived almost for all their lives in another place and they have no concrete and persisting links with the houses they claimed. Therefore Greek Cypriots have no right to return to the North.”

Way to dig this up. I guess as long a the Russian Moffia got to remove their money before it all went down, no foul right. I mean none of the bankers have to worry about the Greek Cypriots as much as the Russians they almost screwed.

I wonder if locals still use the lawn mower during dark ours? Those hidden cables are kinda hard to see... I know I should have waited until 25th of November but having so much stuff on my hands I need to unload to make a deadline. hf

They already have

with the Social Security Account. They borrowed Three Trillion, then passed a law to make it legal to not pay it back, by saying the account was too big to handle, and gussied up Formosa(Taiwan).
