That's so unfair and I bet the governmant knows what each person has in that bank so even withdrawing the money wont help....I suppose the answer here is to withdraw any money from bank accounts and buy a safe to keep it in at home.....

So if you had 100 in deposit they locked out 6% so you only have 94 available.
