Ohhh, I should add something:
For 3 years the so-called "Troika" was doing ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to avoid a "direct deposit haircut" in Greek banking accounts 'cos that would escalate to a pan-European "bank run".
Guess what, Madame Lagarde, Frau Merkel, Herr Schaeuble just dropped the "Czar Bomba" of the 21st Century.
Now, NO BANK ACCOUNT IS SAFE. No guarantee, nada. And this shows how extreme things can get. Thus, I won't be surprised to also see a 21st century "gold/silver confiscation"
