Are we supposed to be surprised that there are black people who want to keep their guns? I'm not. I wonder why the TWO THOUSAND guns EXEMPTED from this legislation are not enough for you? Your reply will be the usual boring "That's not the point". Yes it is the point, stop exagerating.
