Well, I for one found nothing but "blind adherence to an illogical dogma" in your original post. A little historical research goes a long way, and you've got a long way to go.

You make absolutely no sense child. You offer no defense of the 'Infallible' word of God when I point out the blatant fallibility.

What historical research do you suggest I do to understand why the bible (Which is supposed to be written under direct guidance from God) is full of errors?

Please enlighten me..

The bible is not perfect, because it was written by humans who are not perfect. This does not disprove the existence and divinity of Jesus Christ, nor does it disallow or negate the superior intellect and wisdom contained in His teachings. You clearly have an agenda, in that you read the bible with the INTENT to find errors in it, not to gain spiritual enlightenment or divine inspiration from God.

The real question to ask yourself is why are you so determined to tear down, mock, or humiliate Christianity? Your thread says more about your personal ax to grind than it says about the bible. The many good things that Christianity has and continues to produce (missions, donations, orphanages, community soup kitchens, etc.) are proof enough of the beautiful message that was given by Jesus Christ, one that is embodied by those who give of themselves to help their fellow human beings. Perhaps it would benefit you to take your cue from them, rather than attempt to discredit what they believe in.

First logical statement of the discussion. The rest is an attack & proclaiming the fruits of your religion, that is nice but it does not contribute to the reasoning behind the errors.

So you admit it is not perfect? Why does it claim infallibility then?

The Authority of Scripture

The Bible proclaims its own authority
Scripture is inspired by God
(II Timothy 3:14-17)
Belief in Scripture is necessary and commanded
(I Corinthians 14:36-38, John 5:46-47, I John 4:1-6)
God has promised to preserve His word for His people in all generations
(Matthew 5:17-18, John 10:35, Isaiah 59:21)
The New Testament writers all referred to the Old Testament as authoritative
The New Testament claims the same authority for itself as the Old Testament
(2 Peter 3:14-16)

This makes the word of God flawed. You admit this? How do you know for certain there are not other errors then?

You are confusing infallibility with authority. The errors you cited were insignificant at best, and considering the sheer number of times the bible has been converted and translated from Hebrew to Greek to Latin to English, along with the disagreement about what should go into it, it is understandable that there would be some errors made. You are negating the entire book based on a technicality which is provincial, and your agenda is the only deceptive thing at work here.
