Okay... as I promised, I'm back and I'll tell you as much as I was told, and of course add some speculation of my own.

First off, it is nothing sexual. It has to do with his school records and several counts of fraud that were committed to obtain student loans. This is why the whole thing about him being born elsewhere became such an issue.
It was intentional.

obama WAS born in Hawaii, but he fraudulently claimed in multiple applications that he was born overseas to obtain federal funding for the Punahou Academy in Hawaii, Occidental, Columbia, and possibly Harvard as well.

Obtaining federal funding under false pretenses is a crime, a felony, involving fraud, larceny, and embezzlement, particularly in New York where obama attended Columbia.

This was told to me by a long-time family friend, an investigative journalist, who's name some of you might actually recognize, but out of respect for his wishes I will not reveal his complete name.

Apparently, a number of obama's school records have been given to a select few to investigate further, and the investigative process has reached a point where it is now moving forward with the intent of bringing criminal charges. From what Rich said, two congressmen are now involved in the process. One is very well known, but he refused to tell me who these two people are.

Now, here's where I'm speculating. The whole issue with the birth certificate was a hoax to do two things:

1.) To immediately discredit anyone who attempts to vet obama, and

2.) To take and keep the focus off the real issue, which is the fraud that was committed to obtain student loans.

I mean this guy has literally spent millions to keep his school records hidden. Why?

Now here's where I'm reaching.

I believe that this entire thing was staged in order to put obama in a position of complete power, only to have it taken away from him in order to incite civil unrest among inner city minorities and radicalized youth. THESE are the people who will riot and destroy entire neighborhoods at the drop of a hat. We've see it many times before, and they will do it again. Imagine Rodney King on a national level. That is exactly what will happen if obama is removed from power and arrested.

Think about it. The one thing that this administration has done better than anyone else is divide this nation. Racially, economically, partisanly, spiritually, and even sexually.

And when this happens, here comes our ad hoc government to restore order through martial law, which IS the inevitable goal.

Remember, if obama is removed from power, all his appointments and executive orders immediately become null and void, throwing our entire government into total chaos.
I doubt that Biden can even assume the title of President, but I might be wrong.

I truly believe the plan is to throw the entire country into chaos and bring about the collapse of America.

But why would there have to be an investigation if the original intention was to take away power on purpose?

Also, I don't think that uprisings in inner city pockets would/could take down America. If anything, support for him has cooled down over time.

I also don't know if it would be a scenario where a switch went off and he'd be ousted .. wouldn't something like this drag out over time .. like w/ the Clinton situation .. again diluting any public reaction ...

The idea is to give him all the power and build his cult-like following, then take it away to rouse his followers.

It's speculation, but the uprisings, if massive enough, which I believe that would be, would provide the perfect excuse for martial law.

Clinton didn't commit multiple felonies. I don't know that any president ever has before. But when this comes to light, I now the MSM will turn against him with a quickness. They have to.

There's no doubt in my mind that the clintons are some shady-ass people. I personally think Hillery was responsible for the Benghazi ordeal. But they lacked the cult following that obama has cultivated. I call them "bomos".

Interesting theory. Just one question. Which court would he be brought to for the fraud case?

Now my thoughts on the matter. This guy was legally found to be our President. All laws and (*appointments) will stay in place.

* His appointments were found to be unconstitutional but they are still sitting at their desks making pollicy.

Finally Joe Biden will be the next President. Just like Ford.

Good question. Rich said New York would be the toughest state on the fraud, being it encompasses a number of charges. He was also very adamant that his appointments would all be disavowed. Now being that Biden was not appointed, you have a good point.

But his SCOTUS appointments.... gone.

I've known this guy a long, long time... and he's never lied to me about anything before. I believe what he says, especially being that he's never let me/us down before.

Remember...the fee has been made a tax...what happens if you don't pay your taxes...they add on penalties and interest. And you get this bill every year..

As far as going to trial in New York I take it it is either NY Criminal Court (with revolving door Johnson as DA) or NY Supreme Court. Either way NY is the second most Liberal State in the Union next to California. If he gets a jury trial, two words. Not Guilty.

P.S. When I mentioned Obama's appointments I ment his "recess" appointments.
