I almost mentioned this before, but are you aware that A) at the time that Obama was elected to be editor of Harvard law review there was preferential treatment for minorities built into the election process? B) Obama never published in Harvard law review (I'm not a lawyer but i think that it is fairly unusual for the editor never to publish an article - maybe you can verify that).

If you were not aware of those two facts, do they change your view on that particular subject?

As to the matter of how he actually got into Harvard Law ... it seems like he must have had some help from somewhere. His resume (allegedly) included graduating Cum Laude from Columbia (i.e. maybe a 3.4 or 3.5 GPA) and a hodge-podge of unremarkable work experience.

I think it's a very good possibility.
