Well if it didn't match then that is what it is. My first idea was that the skulls had been manipulated to grow that way...I don't know.

Yeah, without these DNA tests, I would think that too - either that or someone born with a growth defect. There have been some cultures that straped boards around babies heads to shape the skull, but I guess this is possibly extraterrestrial or maybe a species that is now extinct.

This is the skull of a hydrocephalic human. Note the typical ROUNDER rear bone structure of the head. If this doesn't ring bells, I don't know what will. This is what wikipedia claims to be the disease affecting starchild, yet it is evident to me that they aren't even close in similarity.
