The Bible says that Jesus will rule the world with a rod of iron.TRUE OR FALSE????

CLEARLY this is about Jesus. So again i ask who is it that will rule the world? Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. And that has nothing to do with the question.
