Teamwork my ass!

I can't do the whole "team player" thing.

It sickens me to be honest...

Not the work...the people.

I hate people...

I work alone at all cost.

It's the only way I can successfully function in society without having a complete mental break down and ending up on the national news...

Glad you have a sense of responsibility Isaac. That kind of attitude seems to be lacking as of late.Teamwork falls into place with a crew of responsible people and a leader that leads by example.
But that is hard to come buy

I try hard to instill a sense of worth in each individual of the crew. Each task is as important to the whole of the project. A Zen approach really. It is all up to you to make it happen.
I am not a big mean looking dude that can just get results from intimidation, unfortunately, lol

Team work in my company goes this way:


I do my shit.
You do your shit.
Shes does her shit.

When someone doesn't do their shit, shit is hitting the fan for them.

After long years running my own companies and startups, have plenty of experience to say this is the best way to deal with "teamwork".

Teamwork works just FINE when everybody does their job :)
