I don't think so. I believe people will still pull their money out of the Cypriot banks, just incase it's all on again in a few days. The people no longer trust their money is safe in the banks.

The banks had a liquidity problem before so this will compound it and they'll need an even bigger bailout.

...and people wonder why the us gov wants to take the guns away from the citizens. Only a fool would wonder that now! THEY WANT TO DO THE SAME THING!! ...but they can't while the people are armed.
