I'd much rather see my tax dollars used to provide free or very low cost health care to the American people than for it to keep lining the pockets of defense contractors, weapons dealers and other merchants of death. Of course the way our medical system is currently set up is completely fucked - that would have to change too. Pay health care professionals a normal salary and have them focus on getting good results, not pay per 'procedure' or kickbacks for prescribing masses of meds to mask symptoms for as long as possible without curing the disease or killing the mark, er patient. And BigPharma & BigAg can go fuck themselves. The majority of their 'products' are what is making people so unhealthy.
