Im doing my own experiment with food. I am practically raw now. I love cooking and am a good cook. I love cooking for others but myself I really enjoy simple raw food. Cooked just doesnt appeal to me.
Ive been experimenting with salads and adding unusual things like leaves from fruit trees..roses and rose buds etc..I love the taste.
I am absolutely addicted to raw pure cocoa though. I suppose its good for me..I love it.
