I'd fight the gov. and the shit heads with him.
If Rick and crew pull up stakes and leave the prison, they'll not only be on the run from the zombies, but from the gov. as well.
They need to take a stand, fight until the last moment.
Knife in the dirt, rope around the waist. Fight !
