you can't make even the simplest of conversations....even about the weather.
you freeze up and become self conscious about interacting with others, especially people you don't know very well.
Quoting: new & improved what the fuck!?! How the fuck? Is it a mental disorder or...?? you can over come it. it is all about breath control, confidence and self acceptance. when you start to get nervous, start counting your breath in and out. it helps to take yoga or meditation as well. once you start to accept yourself, and actually like yourself, you will gain more confidence. the more confident you are, the less you will be awkward socially. I don't understand! I mean my friend said i'm Socially Awkward but wtf I don't know like Socially - and then - Awkward.... I don't get it
