Describe these government people

They work for a sector in the government that deals with their psychic abilities. Good looking and elite like the usual government people but they also astral project and have elite psychic abilities as well. In other words. They were used by Michael and this actor guy in Hollywood to transport me. Once I was syringed in the arm and transported the guy leading the transport thanked them all for coming and excused them. That's when I was brutally raped by that freak. Michael came back to stop it but it was too late. He already tried to bite my nipple off and raped me once.
