You have no idea how fast some people could restart the Radio industry from the scratch of raw materials. All it takes it the know how... and a second party to communicate with.

What was being communicated in those days of old? You left out Power BBS... works with Radio Modems as well as the 'old' 51Kbps telephone hard line. And HTML 1.0 The version I am speaking of was used for Windows 95/98SE.. or WinME and or Windows 2000.
