Someone explain why. What was this supposed to accomplish? And if they (whoever) are so competent as to fool 95% of the country, what are they now competently doing? They are not passing gun laws, they are not requiring people to re-register anything, whatever it was you are saying they wanted they sure as hell are incompetent.
I am not "serving" anyone - - except I do want to serve all the people that will die (In the THOUSANDS) at the hands of the corporate plutocracy, the Israeli lobby, the finance industry, the insurance lobby, the military. . . THESE are the entities that actually DO conspire to take our money and lives. I can point to exactly who benefits from the lies I worry about - - who do you point to?
We are actually on the same side - - you are trying to get me to look at some flashy thing here and I am trying to get you to see the big big big picture over there.

Put your straw-men arguments aside for a moment and try to wrap your mind around that. 26 dead, 1 foot injury to an unidentified victim.
No other mass shooting of its kind has ever had such a kill-ratio. None. Not even the sitting ducks in that one-room Nickel Mines schoolhouse in Pennsylvania in 2006 (5 dead, 5 wounded). Do the research yourself:

Aurora, 2012 (12 dead, 58 injured)
Tuscon, 2011 (6 killed, 13 wounded)
VA Tech, 2007 (32 killed, 17 wounded)
Killen TX, 1991 (23 killed, 27 wounded)
Sikh Temple, 2012 (6 killed, 4 wounded)
Ft. Hood, 2009 (13 killed, 30 wounded)
San Ysidro, 1984 (21 killed, 19 wounded)
Charles Whitman, 1966 (15 killed, 32 wounded)
Andres Breivik, 2011 (75 killed, 242 wounded)
Dunblane, 1996 (17 killed, 13 wounded)
Port Arthur, 1996 (35 killed, 23 wounded)
Only Robert Steinhäuser (Erfurt,2002/16 killed, 1 wounded) managed anything close to what "gamer" Lanza did. And Steinhäuser targeted teachers, bypassing students from classroom to classroom. He didn't indiscriminately fire hundreds upon hundreds of rounds into a school of 650 kids (rounds that caused no hearing damage among a single child or administrator in the entire school).
Forget every other point for now. The inconsistencies, the fake emotions, the absurd performances from Gene Rosen and the Phelps', the off-duty tactical officer running the wrong way through the woods, which gun was in the trunk and everything else. Forget all of it.
Hundreds of rounds fired. 26 dead. 1 unidentified woman grazed in the foot.
It. Ain't. Possible.
Not only is this story a lie. It's absurd by design. They made no attempt to make this hoax believable... because they want to prove how impossibly stupid the people of this country really are. And how powerless to stop them the people who can actually see really are.
And yes, they are getting everything they wanted. Executive order by executive order... state bill by state bill... piece by piece. If you can't see it unfolding before your eyes, maybe you need to stop looking over your shoulder for Israeli boogey-men and look at what's right in front of you.
