They just paid a huge fine to new york for delivering packages from a kentucky online tobacco site .people were ordering smokes before it was shut down in 2009.they claimed fed x was responsible since the state couldnt collect taxes on the smokes.
fed x said they claim no guilt but settled because litigation would have cost them much more.
everything is going to be monitored from now on
