Once again it's time to punish the responsible hard working people for saving some cash, so that the government can give it to the ghetto dwellers...

Government needs cash because they spend more money than they are receiving in taxes, They need to balance their budget. That said, this article is not about government it is about banks stealing peoples money from their accounts and has nothing to do with the ghetto.  It's a government issued bailout allowing the bank to take its customer's money because the government is broke from too many on the dole...
