How do we know its an officer calling in a driver check?

1) He's calling in to "headquarters".

2) He's asking "headquarters" to "run the operator"
That can be very clearly heard.
Do you know what "run the operator" means?
"run" means to check
"operator" means the driver
asking somone to "run the operator" means asking them to check the driver's info in your computer.
An 'operator' is not the vehicle's owner.
It is the person driving it at that time.
Theres nothing else that "run the operator" means in cop talk.

The person calling into "headquarters" to "run the operator" can be heard saying "license" and then [Rodia's name and date of birth].
