It shows hotspots in US and China, are they fighting a cyberwar? Or is it North-Korea doing this?

Seeing as though SK was first hit by cyber attacks, it could very well be NK.

It's happening to too many sites for me to see it as coincidence anymore.

facebook is having issues, but whats new. Now on the other hand, do we know if this is tied into phone service. my boost mobile phone keeps dropping service and then picking it back up. Never done this before, just nothing at all on the phone. data off no service, then boom, back again
