Pass a cop on the right you are asking for trouble.

the left lane is the passing lane, the cop should have let the man pass.

Having lived in onslow county for over ten years while stationed in North Carolina, this does not surprise me in the least. Hopefully, the scum bag never wears a badge again.

It's the passing lane as long as you don't exceed the speed limit...I suspect the cop was doing the limit and setting an example, which is why he got back in front of the complaining camera-tard and slowed down rather than give him a speeding ticket.

While you shouldn't be following a cop that close, that's not how it started. I'm guessing the cop had already been acting like a jackass and the driver pulled out his phone and started filming it midway.

That cop was just being a jackass.

I had a cop that kept pulling on me on I20 heading to LA from Texas. After he'd get up along side of me, he'd back off and trail, rinse and repeat. I finally figured out what he was wanting - a race. I was in a 95 Mustang GT at the time and I guess he wanted to see how his Ford Interceptor would do on an open stretch of highway.

I was hesitant at first, but sure enough, the moment he lined up with me, I punched it and he did too. After getting up to around 130, he started backing off and I followed suit. He rolled down his windows, gave me a thumbs up, and took the next exit.

Not all cops are bad.

He resigned...but it's illegal to exceed the speed limit, and I can put on my brakes whenever I want, if you follow too close that's reckless driving...I don't exceed the limit no matter how many cars are behind or around me, and if you ride my bumper I will hit the brakes.

I am pretty sure the Deputy was not even in his home state...

Sooo, the deputy is L_U_C_K_Y the other guy had a level head. Otherwise, deputy Culpepper might have been nursing a whopped ass a well as lining up for an obama phone.

You have no evidence that the other driver was speeding, and once he was around the LEO, it should have been over...

Instead the cop floored it, and cut in front of the driver at the last second again in the left lane...

I think the operator of the police car may have really been hoping there were children riding in the victim's car. The bad-ones, whether police or not, get really excited about exploiting innocent, especially children.

They infiltrate lodge systems, churches, organizations, and community based infrastructure to control and hide their blood-lusting crimes.

One big way to find their "Hot Spots," their Rosemary's Baby style "Nests," maybe to review traffic accidents with deaths. Particularly pedestrian deaths written-up as accidents and not vehicular manslaughter.

It was a bonehead move once the guy passed to retake him and then slow down, but you are not supposed to pass on the right and unless there is a minimum posted the cop wasn't breaking the law. I would like to know, and I'd bet money that the cop was doing the limit so the asshole camera-tard was speeding and should get a ticket.

If he was speeding he would have been pulled over and ticketed, not cut off and brake checked.

There is no law against using your brakes but there is a speed limit.

The guy passed the dipshit deputy and the deputy sped up, passed the driver and slammed on his brakes. THAT IS RECKLESS DRIVING at a minimum and possible VEHICULAR ASSAULT.

Tapping the brakes to get the attention of the driver behind you is fine, slamming on your brakes is not. Why do you think so many people in Russia have dash cams? (I know this is not Russia)

Yes, there is a law against using your brakes, for one there is minimum speed limit, and it is illegal to even attempt to stop on a federal highway unless there is cause to do so. (traffic, accident, debris, etc..)
