We really should change the phrase "stupid as a box of rocks" to: "stupid as Joe Biden". It is more truthful and not an insult to rocks which can actually serve a purpose.

I had a question about this, maybe someone here knows the answer. I think in most states they require a background check for a weapon, regardless of the type of weapon. For example in CA they require one and you have to wait 10 days. If they are performing a background check on everyone that gets a weapon then don't they already know who has one (it's effectively registrationg already)? Or maybe I am wrong?

I was with a crowd of people and a black helicopter with no markings flew right over us, like 100 feet up, they are DEA looking for pot fields. I pointed it out and nobody even knows what you're talking about.
