Re: The RAIN MAN explained: Was Lucifer a Musical Being ??
It's funny how people will take something and run with it without making sure that it is true. Without doing the proper research.

Aleister Crowley never condoned the sacrifice of children. I have heard this so many times, if I had a penny for every time I'd be a billionaire. Here are the facts:

Author and Crowley biographer Lon Milo Duquette wrote in his 1993 work The Magick of Aleister Crowley that:
"Crowley clothed many of his teachings in the thin veil of sensational titillation. By doing so he assured himself that one, his works would only be appreciated by the few individuals capable of doing so, and two, his works would continue to generate interest and be published by and for the benefit of both his admirers and his enemies long after death. He did not - I repeat not - perform or advocate human sacrifice. He was often guilty, however, of the crime of poor judgment. Like all of us, Crowley had many flaws and shortcomings. The greatest of those, in my opinion, was his inability to understand that everyone else in the world was not as educated and clever as he. It is clear, even in his earliest works, he often took fiendish delight in terrifying those who were either too lazy, too bigoted, or too slow-witted to understand him." Template:Cite book

In this vein many of Crowley's more audacious and outright shocking writings were often thinly veiled attempts to communicate methods of sexual magick, often using words like "blood", "death" and "kill" to replace "semen", "ecstacy" and "ejaculation" in the yet puritanical sexual environment of late 19th/early 20th century England. It would seem that Mr.Crowley can certainly be accused of having a sick sense of humour.[60] Take for instance the highly repeated quote from his thickly veiled Book Four: "It would be unwise to condemn as irrational the practice of devouring the heart and liver of an adversary while yet warm. For the highest spiritual working one must choose that victim which contains the greatest and purest force; a male child of perfect innocence and high intelligence is the most satisfactory."[61] Robert Anton Wilson in The Final Secret of the Illuminati (aka Cosmic Trigger Volume One) interpreted the child as a reference to genes in sperm. Crowley added in a footnote to the text on sacrifice, "the intelligence and innocence of that male child are the perfect understanding of the Magician, his one aim, without lust of result."

Christianity is poison and many who claim to be Christians are hypocrites and liars. I played in that circle for awhile and found that most are also heartless and ruthless.

He wasn't just the master minstrel prior to his fall but also the master of light.

All demon inspired music is so incredible because it comes from the one who is music, the master minstrel.

So what's Satan's price for a perhaps untalented "artist" to work his magick through them and their music?
 Quoting: Woot Woot

Its a matter of the "artist" gaining talent not magick.
The depth of skill desired determines the payment.

@ OP again. Are you aware of "making it rain" in the music industry?
 Quoting: cmoG530

Thanks for all your inputs CMO.
From what I know of 'making it rain' , it refers to throwing money on strippers. Am I wrong?

UrbanDictionary:
1. Making It Rain 250 up, 42 down
When you are in a strip club or party and decide to throw a bunch of money in the air to show everyone how rich you are.
Pac Man Jones told his crew to "make it rain", but before they could...someone stole the bag of $81,000...which later resulted in a shooting instead of them "making it rain".

Would be nice if you could locate the link you mentioned in the previous post.
Thanks. cheers

Ezekiel 28:13 b:
"The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created."

11 The word of the Lord came to me:
12 “Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says:
‘You were the seal of perfection,
full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
13 You were in Eden,
the garden of God;
every precious stone adorned you:
carnelian, chrysolite and emerald,
topaz, onyx and jasper,
lapis lazuli, turquoise and beryl.
Your settings and mountings[c] were made of gold;
on the day you were created they were prepared.

14 You were anointed as a guardian cherub,
for so I ordained you.
You were on the holy mount of God;
you walked among the fiery stones.

15 You were blameless in your ways
from the day you were created
till wickedness was found in you.

16 Through your widespread trade
you were filled with violence,
and you sinned.
So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God,
and I expelled you, guardian cherub,
from among the fiery stones.

17 Your heart became proud
on account of your beauty,
and you corrupted your wisdom
because of your splendor.
So I threw you to the earth;
I made a spectacle of you before kings.

18 By your many sins and dishonest trade
you have desecrated your sanctuaries.
So I made a fire come out from you,
and it consumed you,
and I reduced you to ashes on the ground
in the sight of all who were watching.

19 All the nations who knew you
are appalled at you;
you have come to a horrible end
and will be no more.’

Very interesting thread. Who played THE FLUTE but PAN which is a satyre or faune. His name in Greek mythology was PAN, hence the name PANdemonium from PANdora's "box" which was a sort of jar. Pandora, like Eve was made of clay and her husband's name was Epimetheus meaning "who thought after"... like Adam who thought after the consequences. PAN was related with beings and TREES. Pan the half man, half goat reminds us Isaiah telling us about the goat-men dwelling in the desert with LILLITH related to Samael in Jewish mysticism and read Leviticus 16 about Jewish ritual to please demon AZAZEL using a SCAPEGOAT which they used and imposed their hands upon it before being sent to the desert. Christ was tempted in the desert where Isaiah says these demons dwell. Apocrypha mentions the desert of DUDAEL if my memory doesn't betray me it's Enoch scrolls.

Exactly , I Remeber being at an AA meeting once while at a rehab in Minnesota ,i was at a sunday night meeting which was open to the public or family & friends , mostly it was ex patients from the famous Hazeldon Rehab center & there were about 100 people at this Paticular meeting. It lasted 1-2 hours and they do it every Sunday in Wayzetta MN , usually was always the same routine with one or two people telling there story for most of the meeting. For some reason a lot of the guys in there with me came from the same neighborhood in las Vegas , one of them was a guy who was in his 40s & his dad was an ex Laker player, one day one of his two sons who had both been in the same program previously , was the speaker at this Sunday night meeting , both sons were in the very early 20s. Durring his story he mentioned how he used to go to the strip club and "make it rain" and everyone in the room was laughing along with him when he said that. I wasn't even aware of all this rain man stuff but it was one of those moments that didn't feel right.

Its interesting you bring Apollo into the mix with his roots in the Greek and later Roman pantheon and the influence the Greek religion and world view had on music.
All western music is based on Greek scales which were originally derived to match the 7 Greek planets(planets named after their respective Gods).
The notes were broken down to 12 to match the astrological movements.
All western music is directly related to the original "Heathen" religions of Rome and Greece.
With the introduction of eastern and African methods to music(partial slide or bend notes in between that have no classical name other than by bend size)(Sitar and blues) it expanded but is still based on the Greek theories.

1018225

Wasn't the pitch of the notes changed in the 1920's or 30's supposedly to accommodate radio broadcast or some such excuse?

So that the notes that are played today are not the same notes that were played by the Greeks.

The true reason being to change the affect that the music would have on both the performer and the listener. So today even when you listen to classical music like Bach or Beethoven you do not really hear it as it was composed.

LED ZEP in Stairway to Heaven with its double meaning mentions the PIPER will lead us to reason, two paths, two meanings... I guess this is true in music. I ignore if the original path were merely 6 Solfeggio tones UT RE MI FA SOL LA rather than DO RE MI FA SOL LA SI which are 7. It was required the "resting" of one tone....

Re: The RAIN MAN explained: Was Lucifer a Musical Being ??
