Has anyone had trouble making an online payment through Chase today?

I have tried making payments from both my personal account and business account with no luck.

I called Chase and they had me go through the usual bullshit of changing browsers, etc. Still cannot make a payment. I asked if this had anything to do with Cyprus and he said that is just a rumor. I asked if that was the official line Chase is telling their customers. He ignored the question and said he has confidence in Chase.


They must have recently updated their online bill pay but was curious if anyone else is having this problem?
