well, they shouldn't. but its an animal shelter. i dont know if there is an alternative. all animal shelters do this , do they not? Peta at least tries to get more people aware of problems that woudlnt be brought to light otherwise. their ad campaigns are probably waking some sleeping people up. maybe not. If they easily could do something else with all these animals, using all the donation money like a huge farm to let them run around on, than they should. if they aren't just becasue they are greedy assholes, then ok, fuck them... but something tells me they are doing all they can. but like any organization, once they start to make money, the parasites come crawling in.

they put em down , then sell em to cat and dog food manufactueres and grind em up and serve em up , this was exposed i dont know if PETA did it but some organization got busted big time doing it.
