I mean really, what if every guy who lied to a girl to get sex was thrown in prison?

Geeze, this is dumb.

So the deception was that she wasn't even the gender she was portraying.

Should the guy pretending not to be married be jailed?

How about the guy who has a no job, and lives with his parents, but lies about it?

Does the guy who really doesn't love the girl and just wants in her pants get imprisoned also?

Look this is shady behavior, but I don't get the prison term!
