The Government leader called for this Saturday's extraordinary council of ministers, after the Constitutional Court will release its decision until then the constitutionality of various provisions of the Budget. Pedro Passos Coelho asked all ministers to be prevention, even forcing the cancellation of some movement of Members of Government.
